Pokemon Go Takes Over Austin Engagement Session

I love McKinney Falls. It feels like you're on another planet. Imagine my excitement when Merrie and Nathan happily agreed to do their engagement session there, and at SUNRISE?? 

I just really love her hair in this picture :P.

Of course we had to document this. As most of my clients know, I make them hike everywhere. On our way down to the Lower Falls, I noticed Nathan was on his phone, A LOT. I asked him, "What are you doing?? Catching Pokemon??" I was sort of kidding. I don't know about you, but my news feed this weekend has been exploding with Pokemon Go updates. In fact, I was attempting to catch a few in the parking lot (before they got there :P). His response: "Yes, actually! I just caught a Dratini back there!" What did Merrie have to say about this? Pokemon Go has taken over their lives. It's the new date night. 

And now we're hungry! The beginnings of their relationship were happily cheese-filled with tons of Torchy's Tacos dates. We had to do it. 

Thank you Nathan and Merrie for the Pokemon catching and taco-eating!! Who else gets to do this on their engagement sessions??
