Rainy Day Barton Creek Engagement Photos

The wildflowers have been so, so pretty in Austin this year. Bailey and Wade couldn't help but do their engagement shoot with them. But it's been storming in Austin. It has to be said that I love shooting in the rain. Unless it's crazy storming, with winds turning up skirts and breaking umbrellas, I encourage couples to do their engagement shoot anyways. The day of Bailey and Wade's engagement shoot, was one of those crazy storming days. I worry about muddy trails, slippery hills, mosquitos. But Bailey remained determined to get these photos done. She was like "Amy, it's going to stop raining at 5:00pm. I am bringing rainboots. We're doing this!" And I am so glad we did :).

Who sits in soaking wet grass?? They do. Because they are awesome (also, I put down a trash bag for them to sit on because I am prepared and ready!).

They were so easy-going and up for anything. You can't tell but it was MUDDY. I can't believe they just trekked right through it (and in those cute wedges! and boots!).
